On the lookout for Dublin's delicious halal dishes? Search no more!

Do you find that searching for meals that meet your dietary requirements can be time-consuming or lead you into a rut of ordering the same dishes from the same restaurants? Here at Deliveroo, we have done the legwork for you and have categorised our restaurants not just by food type or country of origin but by dietary needs such as halal, vegetarian, gluten-free, and healthy eating to help you quickly find your perfect meal match that can be delivered to your door.

So let's explore some of the great halal-friendly restaurants that Dublin has to offer and look at a sample of their delicious dishes.

1. The Jewel in the Crown

Known as the longest-serving Indian restaurant in the grand old city, The Jewel in the Crown is one of Dublin's favourites and delivers high-quality dishes and catering for a variety of dietary needs including halal, vegan and gluten-free. We adore the Seekh Kebab skews as a starter; these minced lamb skewers are finely spiced to create a delicious way to start your meal. Then why not step it up a level and increase the heat with a hot and spicy Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi, this aromatic dish is stir fried with spices, green chillies, bell peppers and coriander, and is perfectly accompanied by chapattis to mop up your curry.

2. Bombay Flame

Another curry house favourite, The Bombay Flame serves traditional Indian cuisine featuring all the classic favourite dishes on its menu for you to choose from. We like to bite down on the crispy Samosa triangles deliciously filled with delicately spicy lamb to begin our Indian banquet. Followed by the Kashmiri-inspired Rogan Josh, whose hot and elaborately spiced sauce always tickles the taste buds with its unique depth of flavour and rich colour. We like to have this dish with Kashmiri Rice; this rice accompaniment is far from plain, having been cooked to perfection with spices to create a tasty rice side dish.

3. Wok in Noodle Bar

Maybe you want something different to curry? Then look no further than Wok in Noodle Bar, who cater for halal dietary requirements in their selection of Chinese and Thai cuisine. We love the chicken noodles made with fine wok noodles and vegetables which are cooked in a delicious Thai sauce that will have you licking your lips and not just because you have spilled the sauce. And why not add some crunchy vegetable spring rolls or nutty chicken satay skewers to complete your meal.

4. Dada

Or why not let your taste buds travel to another continent and enjoy the Moroccan inspired dishes from Dada Moroccan Cuisine and Tapas. One of our favourite Dada dishes has to be the Lamb Tagine, this slow-cooked dish is full of flavour and sweet undertones as it beautifully combines prunes, walnuts, almonds and cinnamon into a warm and tasty dish. We also love the sumptuous couscous dishes, we like the deliciously sweet Chicken Breast, Sultanas, Cinnamon, Caramelised Onion & Sesame Seed Couscous.

Now that you have seen some of the finest halal dishes that Dublin has to offer, it's time to stop salivating and start ordering through Deliveroo.
